Autotec2004 was established on the 20th of September 2004 where Steven Gleed took over the previous company Autotec. For 7 years, Steve ran the refinishing side of the business, along with its proprietor at the time Richard Roberts, who established Autotec in 1990. In 2004 Richard started some new projects and stood down from the business. To carry on the companies success Steve stepped in and from this Autotec2004 was born. Although Steve had worked at Autotec for 7 years, up to 2004 he has also worked in the motorsport and refinishing industry for 20 years. Covering all aspects of the prestige, performance and restoration market. Now at 39 years of age he spends most of his spare time on his own performance car and other local performance vehicles. In the last 5 years Steve has expanded the business to cover all of services offered on the Home page. In these 24 years Steven has worked worked at Autotec for 7 years before its previous owner decided it was time to leave. At this point Steve decided he wanted to keep the autotec name but change it slightly so that customers knew it was under new management.
